Delivery Policy
- Delivery of the Goods shall be made by us or our carrier to the address for delivery shown in the Order Form. It is important that this address is accurate. Please be precise about where you would like the Goods left if you are out when we deliver. We cannot accept any liability for any loss or damage to the Goods once they have been delivered in accordance with your delivery instructions.
- Whilst every effort will be made to ensure that any Goods ordered are delivered within the period specified for delivery of such goods on the relevant page and subject to our obligations under the Regulations, any dates quoted for delivery of the Goods are approximate only and we shall not be liable for any delay in delivery of the Goods however caused. Time for delivery shall not be of the essence of the Contract. The Goods may be delivered by us in advance of the estimated delivery date. If delivery is delayed due to any cause beyond our reasonable control, the delivery date will be extended by a reasonable period and we will contact you to arrange an alternative time.
- The Goods may at our discretion be delivered in instalments. Each delivery shall constitute a separate contract and failure by us to deliver any one or more of the instalments in accordance with these Conditions or any claim by you in respect of any one or more instalments shall not entitle you to treat the Contract as a whole as repudiated.
- If we fail to deliver the Goods (or any instalment) for any reason other than any cause beyond our reasonable control or your fault, and we are accordingly liable to you, our liability shall be limited to the price of the Goods.
- If you fail to take delivery of the Goods or fail to give us adequate delivery instructions then, without prejudice to any other right or remedy available to us, we may cancel the Contract and refund to you the price of the goods less the cost of their delivery and the cost of their being returned to us.
- Your order can be delivered to your appointed address.
Refund and Returns Policy
This returns policy only applies when you make a purchase online from our website.
When you make a purchase at www.smartwing.es, you have the privilege to return your order within 14 days. If you intend to return any items, please inform us by submitting a return form. You can access the return form here. Ensure that you submit the return form no later than 14 days after receiving your order.
In the event that you choose to return items, it is your responsibility to arrange and cover the expenses of return transportation by contacting a shipping company.
You have the right to cancel your order and return the Goods, any time before and up to fourteen(14) days from the day after the Goods are received by you provided that the Goods are in perfect condition and the packaging remains unopened and in a sellable condition.
It is your responsibility to ensure that the returned Goods reach us in perfect resalable condition therefore all Goods should be in their original packaging and the packaging must not have been opened or marked. Please note that you will be responsible for arranging to return the Goods and will also be responsible for the cost of returning the Goods to us. A full refund of the value of the Goods will be made upon our receipt of the returned Goods once they have been inspected in our warehouse. The refund processing should not take more than 14 working days after the completion of the inspection.
If the Goods returned are not fit for resale as a result of the Goods having been opened or damaged in transit, the Goods will not be refunded and you will be required to collect the Goods from our warehouse within 7 days of having been notified of this fact. Alternatively, if the Goods have not been collected within the 7-day timeframe, the Goods will be disposed of.
If you change your mind about the Goods when you receive them, you have 14 days after the delivery of the Goods to return the Goods with prior Return’s documentation. However please note that cancellation of bespoke, customised or special-order Goods will not be accepted once your order has been processed online and no returns or exchange will be available for special order Goods. In addition to this, Goods sold as part of a Sale, promotion, clearance or as ex-display will not be accepted for return or exchange after the 14 day ‘cooling off period’ has ceased
Smartwing Shop reserves the right to cancel orders without stating reasons, for any reason prior to processing payment and dispatch. If orders are cancelled for any reason prior to dispatch the Customer will be refunded any monies paid in relation to those orders.
If, for any reason, you refuse to accept delivery of the products you have ordered, we reserve the right to deduct the cost of return transportation from the refund amount issued to you upon safe receipt of the returned items. In case the packaging is damaged, please make a note while signing for receipt and contact us with email info@smartwing.es if the products themselves are also damaged.
Remember to always include the original packaging when returning items.

We strongly recommend purchasing transport insurance. You are responsible for the return items until we receive them. Therefore, keep your post office receipt and/or track and trace number for reference.
Before you proceed with the installation of the product, we would like to bring some important points to your attention:
- Installation Responsibility: Please note that the proper installation of the product is crucial to ensure its optimal performance and longevity. We strongly recommend that you carefully read and follow the provided installation instructions. Improper installation may result in damage to the product or compromise its functionality.
- Damages Caused by Wrong Installation: It’s essential to understand that any damages caused by incorrect installation are not covered under our warranty or return policy. We kindly request you engage a qualified professional or follow the manufacturer’s installation guidelines to avoid any potential issues.
- Product Return Policy: As part of our commitment to customer satisfaction, we gladly accept returns of products that are in their original condition and packaging. However, please be aware that if the product is damaged due to mishandling or improper installation by the customer, it will not be eligible for return or refund.
We do not accept irresponsibly or poorly packaged, used, destroyed, incomplete, or unsellable return items.
Packages sent as “Cash on Delivery” will not be accepted.
